Night and Day! This is an update and final pics for a remodel I did in Denver City Park area. On remodels I start off by doing a detailed field verification so I get drawings of the as-built conditions. I then create plans to modify the space in order to maximize the use of the space, and come up with the most functional layout that also makes sense logically and financially for the investor. In this plan we squeezed in another restroom, and even added a doggy shower in the new laundry room. Other designer(s) did the finish selection and staging. I will post the photos of what it looks like now, the before photos and lastly the concept renderings I did.
