This House Built in 1912 went through a Complete Remodel Adding a New Master Bedroom & Bath in a New 2nd Floor, The Main Level Plan was also Restructured to Create an Open Floor Plan. (Be sure to stick around for the Before Pics at the End)

This Home in Regis/Berekely Area underwent a complete remodel and added a 366 Sq. Ft. Second Level Addition for a New Master Bedroom & Bath, The original House which had only 866 Sq. Ft. had only 2 Bedrooms and21 Bath, but after the transformation added a total of the square footage totaled 1,032 Sq. Ft. and 3 Bedrooms, with 2-Full Baths, and 1-Half Bath. The Main Level was Transformed by Creating an Open Floor Plan with French Doors to the Wrap Around Deck, and a New Relocated Stairway to the Second Floor. A Big Wrap Around Deck Wrapped the South and West Part of the Home giving it Plenty of Space for Entertaining and Relaxing Outside.
